Group Therapy

A combination of coaching and hypnotherapy - for groups of 3/4 people. The sessions will last approxiamately an hour and will be conducted on a twice monthly basis; meeting fortnightly. A minimum committment of 6 sessions (3months) is required.:

I will support you and encourage you to take the steps towards controlling your eating habits and to losing weight and being healthier. Working in a group will add extra support and encouragement.

My Weight Loss Coaching/hypnotherapy sessions will help you & your friends to achieve your ideal weight and size and to improve your health and fitness. You probably know what you need to do; to lose weight and to be healthier, yet doing it is often the hard part. You know what you should eat and that you should eat only when you're hungry and to drink plenty of water each day; BUT lack both the willpower and motivation to do it.

These sessions will help find the motivation and willpower to control you eating habits through a combination of Coaching and Hypnotherapy.

I will explain how hypnotherapy and positive thinking will allow your conscious and subconscious mind to work together to assist you in losing weight. You will find that keeping to your new healthy lifestyle will not only be easy but both relaxing and enjoyable! Previous unhealthy eating habits and bingeing are replaced with new feelings of pride and pleasure, and you will emerge with a new confident and positive attitude, free from those negative thoughts that have been a part of your life for such a long time.
